Simple, like fruit from their garden… Sauvage (wild), like the harvests they collect in Torgny. Simple & Sauvage produce herbal teas and seasoning for cooking using around 30 local plants, some picked in the surrounding natural environment and others grown in a 4,500m2 garden managed according to principles of permaculture. All the plants are harvested by hand, dried at low temperatures in a plant dryer before being carefully sorted and mixed. Visits are possible on reservation.
